Product return

Upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days to inform us of your wish for a return. Beyond this period, the items you wish to return will not be taken back or refunded.

To benefit from a return and therefore an exchange or a refund: the items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with the delivery slip that you received by email. If possible, please specify the reason why you wish to return your order (wrong choice, defective product, etc.).

We will reimburse you for the shipping costs associated with returning your order in the event of non-compliance or in the event of an error on our part. However, in all other cases, these costs will exceed your own costs.

How to request a return on our website?

Send us an email to info@airshop.me. Send as an attachment the delivery slip you received with your order by e-mail and specify the items you are returning. Finally, all you need to do is affix the shipping label that you have previously printed on your package.
The exchange of items will be accepted if the return conditions are met. Airshop will judge whether the returned items are in perfect condition before granting or refusing the exchange.

If the return / exchange is refused, the items will be sent back to the customer. The return costs will therefore be at your expense.
